Laser Sensors

The FBH develops laser diodes which are especially designed for sensors and analytics offering a highly stabilized wavelength together with a small spectral line width. Application fields are e.g. Raman, fluorescence and absorption spectroscopy. These laser diodes can also be used as seed lasers for high-power lasers in e.g. LIDAR systems.

These projects are partly carried out in cooperation with the laser spectroscopy group of the Institute for Optics and Atomic Physics of the TU Berlin.
