Power Amplifiers
New microwave systems need a more sophisticated power management. The power amplifiers determine the overall system efficiency and thereby the operating costs.
At FBH, new amplifier designs are developed and existing ones are improved to fabricate integrated power amplifier circuits and modules. They are realized in GaN-HEMT technology and target applications in e. g. satellites, base stations and measurement equipment.
